The book's four workbooks with the 61 inputs of their shared Inputs sheet emptied,
for your own bank:

   Blank_Model_Set/01_Four_Readings_of_Capital_Blank.xlsx
   Blank_Model_Set/02_Margin_and_Deposit_Beta_Blank.xlsx
   Blank_Model_Set/03_Gap_Duration_and_EVE_Blank.xlsx
   Blank_Model_Set/04_Liquidity_and_the_Run_Blank.xlsx
Blank_Model_Set/book_inputs.txt the book's 61 values, cell by cell

Every formula is still there; each sheet stays blank until all 61 inputs are in.
The Checks sheet of each file counts the inputs still missing and tests
identities that hold for any bank: the bridge closes, the weighted gap times the
shock is the move in the margin, the three transfer-pricing books add to the
margin, and so on. Once the inputs are in, every line should read OK and the
last line ALL OK.

Type the values in book_inputs.txt into any of the four files and the book's
figures come back: 11.40, 8.66, 2.09 and 3.88 per cent; 278,809 of economic
equity; coverage of 97.32 and 90.91 per cent; a run threshold of 28.02.

The axes of the Surface, Two horizons and Days tables stay: they are the rows and
columns of a table, not data.

The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros.
