WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's two workbooks, re-verified and corrected
   Cedar_Ridge_Acquisition_Model.xlsx Deal A: chapters 2 to 10, 13 to 15
   Tri_County_Acquisition_Model.xlsx Deal B: chapters 3, 8 and 11
00_START_HERE.md what changed is at the end
Each workbook closes on a Check sheet: 122 checks in all, every one OK.

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
The two workbooks with their inputs emptied (68 and 65), for your own
deal. Each Check sheet counts what is still missing and tests what holds
for any inputs. The book's figures are in book_inputs.txt: type them back
in and the book's results come back.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Thirteen printable pages: the add-back schedule, the quality-of-earnings
request list, the price in four multiples, sources and uses with the
valuation cap, the guaranty fee and the loan that sizes itself, the
seller notes read from both sides, coverage year by year, the allocation
and the tax years, the stress pack, customer concentration, the
walk-away price, the exit by asset class, and both fact patterns with the
order of work. A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
   Case_1_What_The_Guarantee_Carries.xlsx Deal A
   Case_2_The_Hospital_Priced.xlsx Deal B
   Case_3_The_Seller_Notes_Priced.xlsx Deal A
Each case: the note on the first sheet, the model after it, checks at the end.

Units are thousands of dollars. The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc,
Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros.
