WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's four workbooks, corrected and completed
   The_Three_Values.xlsx Chapters 1, 2, 3, 9, 11 and 13
   The_Discounted_Cash_Flow.xlsx Chapters 4 to 8
   Multiples_and_the_Premium.xlsx Chapters 9 to 12 and 14
   Backing_Out_the_Assumption.xlsx Chapters 13 and 16
00_START_HERE.md what changed is at the end
Each workbook ends with a Checks sheet: 189 controls in all, every one PASS.

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
The four workbooks with every input emptied, for your own company. Each
Checks sheet counts what is still missing and tests what holds for any
inputs. The book's figures are in book_inputs.txt: type them back in and
   the book's results come back.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Thirteen printable pages: page one of the valuation, the dated bridge, the
forecast claim by claim, free cash flow line by line, the cost of capital
built, the terminal value, the sensitivity ranked, the comparable set, the
precedent transactions rebuilt, the synergy register, the reverse solve and
the honest range, the seller's net proceeds, and what the valuation does not
contain with the five questions to attack one. A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
   Case_1_Three_Scenarios_or_Fifty_Basis_Points.xlsx Chapter 17
   Case_2_Deferred_or_Cash.xlsx Chapter 16
   Case_3_The_Financial_Buyers_Ceiling.xlsx Chapters 3 and 13
Each case: the note on the first sheet, the model after it, checks at the end.

The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros.
